Town of Elton Freeze warning/Trash Pickup for Next week

We are in the beginning stages of our freeze and severe weather outbreak. We have every intent on maintaining water for our town. Should we have a severe break in a main line we will notify you of that occurance. It is suggested that you maintain a slow drip in your facets and wrap all outside pipes. Aslo leave cabinet doors open so that they are warmed. Our current status is a full water tank with East Allen supplying our main needs. Please keep us informed on a main leak you may observe.
Trash pickup will be delayed a day due to Martin Luther King Day. Scheduled pickup would be Tuesday or Wednesday weather permitting.
