The Town of Elton Hall is your resource for information and questions about our local government as well as services offered in our community. Home to the Mayor and Council and all other service departments, we welcome you to our city and encourage you to call or stop by during business hours!

Business hours are :  Monday-Thursday   8:00 AM-3:00 PM  We DO NOT close for lunch.

Utilipay is the new system for bill payments.  Log in to townofelton.municipalimpact .com

ALL business conducted on behalf of the Town of Elton is able to be utilized through this new Utilipay syatem.

This system is now able to take credit/debit cards, and call in payments.  Of course, we will continue to accept checks and money orders as well.

In addition to these features, we are now able to accept water meter/sewer tap deposits, and the rental of Beulah Davis Center as well as future permit fees and Occupational  Licenses.
